Hello Friends and Readers of Baby Boomer Life blog-and hey! to all fellow energy freaks. I'm glad you decided to stop by. How very smart that you decided to investigate Isagenix. You have come to the right place. My Lifemate, the magnificent Michael Barrett, and I are faithful and grateful users of the Isagenix brand of nutritional products. I am not even going to try to tell you what to do, but I will tell you what we did and how it has been working for us.

Our Story

We didn't make the decision to join Isagenix lightly actually. We were rather difficult to captivate. The thing is that it was inevitable and everyone who knows us knew it was inevitable! Funny, eh? We do tend to be rather stubborn until we have thoroughly investigated a product and company. Isagenix had an edge with us and here it is.

We are members of an enormous group of people -thousands of health and wealth conscious people who attended the Peak Potentials programs for the last two and a half years. In case you don't know, Peak Potentials is also known by the Secrets of the Millionaire Mind Intensive which is the amazing and mind blowing introductory event of author, T.Harv Eker. We are also members of many other seminar groups across America, too numerous to mention at this time, but between attending and working at and even volunteering at over 100 seminars in recent years;we have met literally many thousands of people. During the course of 2005 & 2006 we found that every where we went we kept on running into people who were healthy, fit, energetic, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, Baby! Our friends and co workers were working 12-18 hour days in courses and camps and seminars and they glowed with energy and fitness! During the course of conversation the same name kept coming up. Yes, you got it. The name was Isagenix.

Finding a Model

The clincher was when our favorite transformational trainer of all time-and this is a hard one because we know and have access to the most amazing trainers in North America today- left Peak Potentials to go to Isagenix and became the Isagenix International Executive Trainer. The man I am speaking of right now is DAVID WOOD. I know that thousands of Boomer's and adult children of Boomer's know David Wood. The man has credibility and integrity ten miles high. Ask anyone who knows or has ever met David Wood at a seminar and they will tell you that when David Wood says something you can count on it. You can be certain of the quality and the integrity of the company and the product. David used the product himself for two years before accepting the appointment to Executive Trainer. Based on that powerful testimonial, and the evidence of all our friends and fellow personal transformation buddies, we jumped in after a year and a half of resistance and we have never looked back. With all my heart, I wish I had been more open a year and a half sooner. But again, I can't change the past and I am just glad to be here now. Michael and I have never felt better in our lives.

We use the Isagenix Isalean Shake every single morning. We work hard, travel a lot, renovate houses(Michael creates amazing kitchens), and many other things so we like to beef up our Isalean shake with an organic apple and sometimes a banana. We add frozen organic berries. We add the "Want More Energy" (I like the grape and the orange best), we add a scoop of Isafruits. It is delicious! Absolutely Delicious! It keeps us in peak mental and physical shape. When we are traveling and for convenience, we use just the shake and the grape "Want More Energy" and it replaces the hotel heart attack on a plate breakfasts of sausage, eggs and toast. We follow that with an organic apple for snack later on and an organic Valencia orange at sometime during the day. (Just to give you an idea of how our eating habits have changed and why we are confident that we are getting the nutrition we need at every level.)

There is another product called Isagenix Ionix Supreme. Talk about a power packed super duper B complex liquid nutritional supplement! After doing our first Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse and using the Ionix Supreme as part of the program, we both found that we had an incredible boost in mental clarity. It was substantial. It was remarkable. We couldn't tell enough people about it because we were so excited at the clear and obvious improvement. Now, we won't be without it! Along with all of this we take the antioxidants-read my post on Jimmy Smith!- and we use the Omega 3-6-9. Many people don't know that Omega's are brain food! Everyone knows that Omega's are heart food. These are foods we need every day and the body doesn't know if you are getting them from food or from supplements as long as they are food quality supplements and not phony chemicals pretending to be food. We also use the Isagenix Accelerator capsules which is a healthy way to kindle your metabolism for burning fat safely. Most of us Boomer's need some "kindling" to get our metabolisms going again. Don't we? Another of my very favorite Isagenix products is the Isaflush! I have had people who were on multiple medications and STILL couldn't go to the bathroom order this product and tell me they would never have believed it because they thought they were going to die from constipation. Isagenix Isaflush was the first non addictive product they found that worked and didn't worry them. I take one or two at bedtime with my calcium and I sleep deeply then awake feeling great and ready to take on the world. I actually sleep a lot less than I used to but I sleep deeply and relax completely. With quality nutrition and healthy digestive system, I went from 8 or 9 hours of sleep to 6.5 or 7 hrs. Quality is the difference in how much sleep I need now. This is huge because I don't need the additional hour to wake up after I get up anymore either. We have been on the Isagenix products since March 2007. The results have been exactly what we would have hoped for.

Natural Weight Loss Method

I went slowly but surely, from a size 10P to an 8, to a six and now I am between a size 6 and a 4. I feel stupendous. I could drop down on the floor and do ten plus military push-ups any time you want with no warning. No kidding. I sleep like a baby and I have more energy than I have had in over ten years. I used to wonder how David Wood could do twelve hour days back to back for four or five days and still maintain his energy level. Now I know. The mystery was solved after my first month on Isagenix. Michael has lost 24 lbs to date and like me has an incredibly energetic lifeforce that seems inexhaustable. Now Michael always could go like a maniac for days (he is a martial artist) and we all saw that when working on Core Team for T.Harv. but this is beyond that. Michael's mental energy level has risen to meet his physical energy in a way that only he and I would necessarily see. He is physically active in many projects and is simultaneously taking many different classes on internet marketing which can be absolutely grueling and they last hours and hours online. Since Michael started using Isagenix his memory has improved and his mental and physical stamina have combined with a passion for life that keeps me running around the house every day! He says it's a passion for me. I like that!

You don't have to join Isagenix to get the products. Just go to the site and order what you want or watch a video with Dr. Rebecca Natrajan then study the products and see what you need. Michael and I were in and out of airports and seminars and renovation projects endlessly for the last couple of years and we could never be thankful enough for these products. You would do best to try them for yourselves and see how you feel after a few weeks or a month. Then you can tell us. You may want to join Isagenix for the discount on your personal products. Initially that is what we did. It has saved us a lot of money over the last seven months. Of course we use our food budget to buy Isagenix because we don't eat nearly as much as we used to but we eat better quality food when we do eat our meals. Even Boomer's Jack Canfield, John Gray and T.Harv Eker, to name a few, use Isagenix and talk about it in their books. That's my kind of endorsement. You will find the path that is right for you as we did. But for sure you will feel, look and BE healthier and happier. People will start to ask what you are doing and then you will know it is all paying off with renewed vigor and vitality. Isn't that what we all want the most? What ever you choose to do. I will feel better knowing that I have shared my life changing discoveries with you. Now you have a chance that you didn't have before. It may take you two years to make up your mind like it did us.
